hey, great weekend, so good that matt's gonna get me a bowl of ice cream now after he just rolled in with brown paper purses of whole foods

fun time last night, plenty of bug spray to go around, hopefully we get to do it again soon

watching sox yankees, bed soon. been running around like crazy but it's been really great seeing everyone. just gotta be consistently dealing and cleaning up

gotta make these days last cause everything seems like it happened yesterday and everything feels like it happened so close to now

tour de france started, i like watching it for the beautiful french vistas countrysides chateaus and castles. andrew and i watched the extent of 2200 mile course, incredible how these guys are able to do it

k that bowl of ice cream is here, cept i'm eating sunflower seeds. my todo list is still unfinished, it's a project.

also, there was a block party/dance party/rave in front of Cambridge city hall last night. i only found out about it because there was something on boston.com (thank god otherwise i wouldnt have walked the 5 minutes to go mass ave to go there)

there were hundred of ppl, mostly young folk, dancing up a storm under enormous black lights, speakers, colored spotlights, and projected images of the earth and a rotating spindly sun on the facade of city hall. went til after 11pm, a blast, everyone dancing up a storm and loving it in the middle of the street

also, the dj sets from caspa's show at bassic at the goodlife from earlier this year are online, go to the archive then the artists section then scroll down to caspa and click on caspa and there's a part one and a part two. incredible

my brother celebrated with the celtics. world champions

had a great night, went to central sq and got everyone amped up on the street for a while. got cars and ppl cheering us on for days. lovin it, best sports season of all time.

we saw some guy on the street whose birthday it was. some old grey haired legend came over and got emotional with us.

also, my brother is a hero. he made it to legends and got photos. somehow he made it into the garden claiming to be scals cousin and took cellphone photos with a bunch of people on the team. incredible, i just talked to him, one of the bigger moves of all time

things sometimes look plastic, all hard and angular edges. they look confused and disheveled, turning around and around.

things that are round look 2 dimensional, but they aren't! spheres that twist and spin have sloping surfaces whose geometry positions itself without considering the eye.

things that make no sense are further complicated. they wind and fall and jut out sideways. put together, they look like mountain tops.

giant tetris bricks fall from above in 3 dimensional space. the green rain of the matrix data stream plops downward in a waterfall. the giant tetris bricks rotate around their central axis and arrange themselves in a double helix which separates.

the neon green and black matrix screensaver is visualized. held at arms length, structures recede into the distance. rectangular prisms full of innards dazzle and react to the touchscreen.
